Which devices is Lightly designed for?
Lightly is designed for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, including unfolded foldables.
Will it overwrite my original photo?
No. Save copy creates a separate JPEG. Your original remains unchanged.
Do I need an account?
Lightly is designed to work without a Lightly account. The app stores may require their own accounts to download it.
How does Selective Colour work?
Tap a colour to keep it, then add more colours with (+). Similar colours anywhere in the photo are kept; this is colour matching, not automatic object selection. Range controls which shades match, and Strength controls how much colour is removed elsewhere.
Can I keep camera details without location?
Yes. Keep photo metadata and Include location are independent preferences. Location can only be retained if it is available in the source image received by Lightly.
How do I report a problem?
Email hello@lightly.pro with your device, operating-system version, Lightly version and steps to reproduce it. You do not need to send your photo. Remove personal information from any screenshot you choose to attach.
