## About Lightly

Lightly is a photo-editing app for iOS and Android. This website describes the product and provides support information. For questions about these terms, contact hello@lightly.pro.

## Your photographs

Your photos and edits remain yours. Lightly claims no ownership of them. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to edit and share content, including images of other people. Do not use the app or website for unlawful activity or to infringe another person’s rights.

## Using the app

Use the app in accordance with applicable law and the terms supplied with its release. Do not disrupt the website or attempt to access systems without permission. Any restrictions are subject to rights that applicable law gives you.

## Results and originals

Automated and image-processing tools can make mistakes. Review the result before sharing it. Save copy is designed to preserve the original, but you should maintain your own backups of important photographs.

## Availability and purchases

No purchase or subscription is offered on this website. Store purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s payment and refund terms and applicable consumer law.

The Lightly name, logo and website materials are provided to describe the product. Third-party photographs and fonts retain their respective ownership and licence terms. Nothing here restricts rights granted by an open-source licence.
